The best thing about this it is close to town, and 37. My dog loves the trails and there is lots of trees. We had a maintenance problem and it was fixed that day. The staff has been nice. There was no sign the paper today. We were not going to move but I could not stop thinking about the woods and the location and the nice lady Sheila at the management center.

The area looks very fresh and peaceful. My apartment door is located inside the building which is great because it lighted and you are sheltered from the outdoor weather. Carpets are very soft and the bathroom is huge! I've only been here for a few weeks but I can tell I'm going to enjoy my stay and extend it as well.

I love the grounds that the apartment is built on. The staff once again is really good. The people that live here seem to be good people but once again our winter was so bad I haven't really gotten a chance to speak with any of them.It is close to the interstate. I live only 3.8 miles from work.

The neighbors are extremely friendly, the laundry facility is very convenient, and the staff are always very timely and friendly. I really have enjoyed living here and don't think I'm going to find such a nice apartment at such a great price ever again!

Bradford Ridge has been great in so many ways! The staff is always helpful and nice, the place is always clean. They do a great job with snow removal. They are a great place to be if you have a dog. I don't have one bad things to say about them. Great place to live.

This is a quiet community that has been fantastic for me and my family. The staff is very professional, and attentive. The setting here is fantastic. We're very close to the interstate and you wouldn't even know it. Right outside our window there's tons of trees and even a little stream as well.

This has been one of my favorite apartments I have lived in while living in Bloomington. The property is kept clean and tidy. I think that Bradford Ridge is a great price for the amount of space. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you live here! I have been here for over a year and am still very very happy! Keep up the great work!

It's been the best apartment I have lived in. Problems are taken care of quickly and easily. The community is nice and everything gets taken care of even without asking! Such as taking care of the parking lots in heavy snow and ice. I feel safe and happy here.
